The Lion's Camp Mission Statement

The Colorado Lions Camp offers 10 one-week sessions for ages 8 through senior adult. Our camps specialize in those individuals with visual and/or hearing impaired, developmentally delayed, autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD/ADD, and many other developmental and physical disabilities, regardless of race, religion or national origin.

Our goal is to create a safe atmosphere in which campers will gain self-confidence and self-esteem while being allowed to succeed in achieving personal growth.

Each session provides activities in a fun atmosphere. Various activities include: nature education, swimming, horseback riding, arts & crafts, challenge ropes course, miniature golf, hiking, camping, mountain biking, and much more. These activities enhance the independence if each camper. Over 350 campers enjoyed the camping experience this past summer at the Colorado Lions Camp.
